Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because many Miss Johnny Squirrel items are produced in small batches or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.

Print-on-demand items are also non-returnable, but if they arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
